Blaze Arm Pain

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have been using my Blaze a little over a month and I have severe arm pain feels like my bone is bruised its crazy. I wear my Blaze loose and only during the day not to sleep but the pain doesn't stop until I stop wearing my Blaze for 2 days. I had a Charge before and never had this issue. I am not sure if I'm posting this right and wasn't going to until I read a comment from someone saying that if the Blaze was causing the pain then there would be more posts. Well guess what it takes time out of my day to sit here and compose this but if it helps someone realize they are not the only one going through this then I will do my best to let them know that.

Hello, I'm sorry you are going through this.  A very small percent of people are sensative to electromagnetic signals.  Have you ever used a bluetooth earpiece or headset?  If so, chances are you got a headache from using these.  You would be about the sixth person this year to complain about wrist pain.

It's interest that the Charge didn't bother you.  Unfortunately there is no way to turn off the bluetooth on the Blaze.  You can try it on your other wrist, and if you get pain there, then you know are sensative to the bluetooth signal.

If this is the case, unfortunately your options are limited.  Live with the pain, or return your fitbit for a refund.

Users have asked for the ability to turn off the bluetooth, but so far Fitbit has not done so.
