Resting heart decrease over three consecutive days

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I noticed that my resting heart shown in blaze increased last three days by 1-2 bpm per days. accumulated increased by 4.

I bought fitbit already a month ago, my resting heart rate initially was from 71 and today is 68.

Last week steadily dropped to 64.

after bought fitbit, i started walk 2.5mph a days and it have been consistent till yesterday. I added with some weigh exercise and stationery bikes this week. I went to sleep earlier day after day and feel fresh mind early in the morning.

this week my diet added with dark chocolate and green tea.

I wonder the increase is heart rate are correlate with my changes or over exercises? However I don feel tired whole days, except body a bit tiring during woke up time.

thank you your responses in advance

Hi @CHOIThanks for popping by the forums. A warm welcome to you! Smiley Happy

Thanks for the details in your post, I've moved it to the Blaze Board since you mentioned you're using this model of Fitbit. That's a really good questions by the way. According to the National Institute of Health, a normal resting heart rate for adults ranges from 60 to 100 beats a minute. Generally, a lower heart rate at rest implies more efficient heart function and better cardiovascular fitness. Cat Surprised

For example, a well-trained athlete might have a normal resting heart rate closer to 40 - 60  beats a minute. You can check your HR with an expert and let him know more details about your training though, since Fitbit trackers are not medical devices, they were created to support your training and motivate you towards your goals!

I think that whenever in doubt, it's better to double check! Woman Wink

@YojanaFitbitI have just posted in the Charge 2 topic about RHR and you must find it difficult .... Is it Dashboard or Device.? I was trying to help the Fitbitter and RHR irrespective of the Fitbit model..  I'm Blaze but to help others you still need to post elsewhere.

As I have posted here in this link I have found the RHR is very responsive to our environment, both body and external.  There is also a table of Age x RHR and Fitness in the topic

Hi @Colinm39, thanks a million for that information, I've just took a look of the graphs and think that is a good add to the questions posted there! I'm glad to know that you've developed this difficult topic to help others! We are so excited to have you in the Forums! We believe that you can use your knowledge to help other Fitbitters in distress. I think that our friend was talking about the Fitbit tracker itself!

Have a wonderful day and once again thanks for your collaboration on the Community! Woman LOL
