I have tried shutting down my fit bit blaze at least 20 times, it will not stop vibrating and has a dead battery now. When I put on the charger it starts vibrating again....

First step -
On a computer go to https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
click on the icon of your Blaze.
the first line is Alarms - does it say "no alarms set" ?
If not choose, "no alarms set"
Now put your Blaze back in the charger and press and swipe down on your mobile fit bit app screen to force a sync - does the alert end?

Turn back on by pressing left button, is it quiet or vibrating?
If vibrating, Final step

press and swipe down on your mobile fit bit app screen to force a sync - does the alert end?
If no, then contact customer service and let them know what you have tried since it appears to be your Blaze.
