Blaze Battery draining since 2 weeks

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

What is happening with al those updates lately? First my Blaze's battery stayed full for almost a week. Since 2 weeks i have to charge it every other day. I only wear it and don't use it for notifications and other stuff. It really looks like this is the result of one of the updates. Does anyone recognize this? I already followed the steps as mentioned by the moderator in other posts.

Hi there @Meryll. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems with the battery on your Blaze not lasting as it should 😕

I can recommend putting it to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the cradle and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.

I'll be looking forward for your reply!

This is a SW issue comming with the latest updates cca 2-3 weeks ago. The batery drains in less than a day with all turned off.

Hi @tibi01, good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

At the moment, this has been confirmed for Fitbit Flex and Fitbit One but there's no official announcement for a known general issue on the Fitbit Blaze for this.

As soon as I get any more information, I'll be sure to let you guys know!

I'm having the same issue since an update. My charge is barely lasting 12hrs now.
