Blaze Bluetooth looses Connection iOS

After each recharge, it takes one to two days to sync Blaze with IPad device. Called customer service within 30 days of purchase; told to reset device to sync. Suffering with this option for 6 mos now. Enjoying device however the added feature of “reset to re sync” is maddening. After several calls and Tweets for assistance, I’m getting no where fast. Help pls.

Thx: loosing weight in frustration.

A warm welcome to the Community @Only1damomma, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

If your tracker is not syncing properly, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there. After these steps, your tracker should sync without an inconvenience.
