After each recharge, it takes one to two days to sync Blaze with IPad device. Called customer service within 30 days of purchase; told to reset device to sync. Suffering with this option for 6 mos now. Enjoying device however the added feature of “reset to re sync” is maddening. After several calls and Tweets for assistance, I’m getting no where fast. Help pls.

If your tracker is not syncing properly, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there. After these steps, your tracker should sync without an inconvenience.
