Not receiving notifications from iPhone 6s

Just recently stopped receiving notifications, texts and phone calls on iPhone 6s with iOS 11.1

I tried restarting phone and blaze turning off Bluetooth and repairing the blaze to iPhone any help would be greatly appreciated.

Me too!! Ive been having problems receiving text and notifications on my iphone 6s!

Nor am I iPhone 6 no battery warnings no battery chargednotice no on off spots in set up

After updating the Fitbit app on my phone and doing a reset I'm back to receiving notifications as normal

First of all, I want to thank you for troubleshooting this issue by yourselves. If you keep having issues with your notifications, I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post and follow the instructions provided there.

I contacted Fitbit about the issue and after they did all their troubleshooting and I am still having the same issue the guy said it’s a know iOS issue. They are working on an update to fix the issue.

I hope this issue is solved very soon! I did the new iOS update hoping that would solve it and it didn't. I check each day for an update from Fitbit! It’s a pain not getting my notifications  on my blaze. That’s one of the reasons I purchased the blaze. I am getting very discouraged though. I paid a great deal and one of the big features doesn’t even work!!! I have been a loyal fitbit customer for years! .

Did you try disconnecting from the Bluetooth and re-establishing a new connection, I was getting frustrated myself but it finally started working again.

I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I repaired it with my phone again. Still no luck. 😒 I am going to try repairing it again and see if I any luck. This will be like the 4th time. I am just very frustrated. This was one of the reasons I got the blaze bc I can get a lot of the same notifications as the Apple Watch, but I love fitbit. This is starting to make me wish I would of got an Apple Watch.

I’ve followed the reset protocol and it still doesn’t work. I’ve updated to the latest Fitbit app version on my iPhone 6s Plus with the latest OS update and it still isn’t working. I’ve chat live twice and have read the thread and it doesn’t help.

Yea like their aware of the S8 problems and are looking into it. Not holding my breath. Why is fitbit having so many issues? Are the engineers not competent? 🤔😒

After the the update last night I am now getting all my notifications again on my blaze!!!! It was an update for the app not the firmware update. Yay!!
