I have purchased a new Blaze but unable to complete setup due to battery not charging, the online Fitbit support is really poor and I have been trying to solve this issue now for 2 days. I am about to return and look for a different brand. Any help would be appreciated. I have made sure the device is plugged in properly but it doesn't show the charging icon.

Unfortunately new fitbits will only show the setup message until the setup has completed ok - it will not show a charging icon.
If you've had it on charge for a couple of hours and the setup is still telling you that there is not enough charge then I would try an alternative power source such as a wall charger you use for your phone.

Great to see you around @tiger1210, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @SteveH for stopping by.
I would like to know if you keep having issues setting up your tracker? If you do, I recommend restarting it, taking a look at this post, follow the instructions provided there and confirm you are doing the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()
