My Blaze charger doesn’t charge the device. I tested my Blaze on a friend’s charger, and it charged to 100 percent. Is there a way to get a replacement charger, or send it in to get fixed?

About your other inquiry, Fitbit doesn't have a repair center; so I can't offer you this option. But if you're interested in getting a new charging cable for your Blaze, you can go to our Fitbit store online. Hope this helps.
