@GBO323 Two of the Blaze clock faces will give you the option to see your step progress for the day in the form of a progress bar.
Think one of these, but circular and more attractive.

It shuts off after a few seconds. I would love an option to keep it on until I decide to turn it off. Maybe in a future update.

Yeah, as much as I want the feature I'm not sure if I would actually use it as it would kill the battery pretty fast.

I don't use quick view as it didn't work that well on my Charge. No big deal though as I like having it off anyways and it's not a pain to push the button when I look at stats which I don't do often anyways. I'll usually just sync.
With the Blaze I'll be looking at the screen more though for Fitstar, stats, HR etc.

I like that my surge has the option for the backlight to turn on when there's movement. It can be a bit jarring in the middle of the night (lol) but I'd be okay with the option to flick my wrist for the watch face to light up instead of having to tap the screen.

Will the Blaze offer a watchface that has a numerical step counter on it? I had a Surge and this feature never appeared. It would be nice to look at the watch when on the treadmill and see my steps without having to touch my watch in order to see my step count. This seems like a pretty easy thing to accomplish on a digital face.
Pre-Ordered mine...can't wait!

Hi, @GBO323 , unlike the Surge, the screen on the Fitbit Blaze will not be always on, so you will have to tap your watch to see your steps.
Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Will it have the option that when you raise your arm, it comes on? And if I can see my steps without having to swipe or press buttons would be great.

@matt9013...I'm glad to hear there is an option for screen-on when moving the wrist. My next question is when it comes on, are steps seen on the watch face unlike the Surge?

@GBO323 Please see my post here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Blaze/Blaze-Clock-face/m-p/1186559#M1613 .
Yes, Blaze will have Quick View!
Initially, none of the clock faces will allow you to see the exact number of steps you have for the day, but there's a few that will allow you to see a good idea of where you're at.

I wonder why FitBit has been "allergic" to putting the actual number of steps on the WatchFace...much like the Surge. Personally, I'd rather see the numbers versus a progress bar. Any chance that we'll get a watch face wiht the steps number on it?
It seems so simple...am I missing something?

I've looked at a couple of YouTube videos and it seems like when the screen comes on, it will show the numerical steps. Tap the screen and it will change to heart rate, etc.
If that's the version I'm getting, I will be VERY pleased.

when you say circular will it be more like the progress bar on the dashboard when viewing on pc? i think that looks good! rather than the current surge progress bar which although it shows you how much youve moved doesnt show all day!
