I have gone through my 4th Fitbit product now and am done with supporting this company! I keep making excuses to stay with Fitbit and it’s a total money pit with an unsupportive crew at its back. The products are incredibly cheap and will last roughly one year (if not break/ fall apart on you sooner). Then, as if it’s any consolation, you’re offered a 25% discount on an entirely new product— aka more $$$. I invested in differnt company’s smart watch today and I can already smell the fresh air. #notlookingback #goodriddance

As you've mentioned, you've already spoken to our Customer Support team who gave the 25% discount option as per our Warranty Policies.
