So, the update for these features was due to be released "sometime in February."
I'm looking at the calendar, and it looks like time is almost up. Any updates?

You can't force an update. It will tell you when you have an update available.

I'm not aware of a recent change for the Blaze but we are expecting one soon for the sleep changes feature.

Just read that help file myself and it seems there is a new update that started to rollout yesterday. As it says though, it will take a while to rollout to everybody

@MatthewFitbit wrote:Hey everyone - thanks for holding a constructive discussion on this topic. As others have mentioned in this thread, Fitbit announced at the 2017 Consumer Electronics Show that a firmware update containing new features for Blaze was due to be released in February 2017. As we're always striving to deliver the best experience possible for our users, we have delayed the release of that update a bit longer until we can be sure it meets the quality standards that consumers have come to expect from Fitbit.
We very much appreciate your patience with this, and we share your enthusiasm and excitement to see it released! We will post in this forum once the update starts to roll out to users, and you can keep an eye on your Fitbit app as well as the Release Notes Page to stay up to date on the most current firmware release.
Do you know if the upcoming update include the three new watch faces they stated would be coming as well as the relax mode? I'm curious as the release notes say nothing about them. It's not a deal breaker if it doesn't, Just curious as I love customizing the look of my Blaze with new bands and whatnot, so a couple new watch faces wouldn't hurt. 😄
@Riekopo wrote:A couple of weeks? Man that sucks. I don't want to have to wait that long.
It does suck a little, but hey, they're giving blaze owners new features a year after it launched for free. In this day and age of companies barely supporting products a couple months after release, that's pretty awesome.
There should be a way for the hardcore people to force an update instead of having to possibly wait weeks for it.

Hey there @Riekopo! As mentioned by @SteveH there's a firmware update but as with every new feature coming, it's been released for some users. It shouldn't take that long to be an update for everyone.
Fitbit is always appreciating your understanding. As soon as it's been released for everyone you'll see a main post to learn about the new features that you'll have.
Once again, thanks for your understanding.

@SilviaFitbitI must congratulate the detail of the documentation in this Blaze Release Version 17.8.401.3. Very concise and timely.
Here is the link for others.. Thanks @SteveH
I will marry that with Android App 2.45 which updated yesterday. So more field testing coming up for me.. Exercise the mind
and body......
Hi there, but still, a year passed after many feature request posts, seems there is still no Traditional Chinese (Big 5) notification display support on the Blaze in the coming update, right?
Best AnswerHi @SilviaFitbit. I can't seem to get a reply from @ErickFitbit or @AndrewFitbit on my question, so perhaps you'll help me?
The firmware update was made available to me, but it didn't seem to run. My iPhone FitBit app notified me that the update was available. I briefly looked over the release notes, and then clicked 'next' to move forward with the update, but nothing happened. Will the update be rolled out to me again? Alternatively, can I initiate it manually at this stage?
Thanks,
Mike

@Mike1116 My guess is that the firmware update erroneously appeared for you when you don't actually have it yet. You'll get it (again) when it's more widely available.
Is there way to force update thus firmware from the iPhone app?
Other than syncing I'm not seeing anyway to check for software or firmware updates.
Best AnswerNO. You can't update until it is made available to you. When it is, you should see an update option in your iphone app's settings.
Best AnswerWell, I feel real special... j/k
I'm content to wait. I suspect it'll find its way to me in the next 48hrs or so hopefully!
Best AnswerI got the update message on Monday, it started downloading then stopped since then I've lost the update message and my Fitbit hasn't updated, I hope I will get a "second chance"
Best AnswerJust received the new firmware update on my phone app, I just updated it, but don't see the some of the new features
Guided breathing sessions
It looks like I have the Cardo Fitness feature.
Are the new features going to be rolling out through out the week? Currently Version is 8.401.3
