Hello,

I was wondering if Fitbit posts the changelog to the Blaze firmware updates as to what was fixed, added, removed, changed, etc for the different verison and their release date. I am interested in seeing what issues were addressed and pushed out per release.

Thanks

Johan

This is what I was using to for my old Charge HR and I would expect the Blaze to be added once they release something

I would be tickled to just see them ISSUE an update with more watch faces.  There is also lots they could do and they likely will give us an explanation of new features.  How much they fill us in on fixing problems is another question as most companies do not like to admit there was a problem in the first place.

I went and ordered another Blaze after having second thoughts about returning the first one.  Such a great device that is begging to be a little better.

Welcome to the Community @Aeternalis! You can refer to the article shared by @SunsetRunner to check the notes when a new firmware version is released. Rest assured it will be updated once a new version is out.

@SunsetRunner have you visited our Feature Request board? There's an existing idea requesting more watch faces for Fitbit Blaze, please make sure of voting and commenting there. Our development teams consult that board regularly to ensure we're delivering on what our customers need and want.

Thanks for your contribution @SunsetRunner, it's nice to see  you around!

I have stuffed the suggestion box to the point it is full.  We all wait now for FitBit to do it's part!  I hope they are better than Garmin but it seems the bigger they are the slower they get around to updating.

The Blaze could be so much more and there is so little to customize  . . . .

What a joke. Same copy And paste response every time someone asks the question. Hundreds of people have voted what is fit bit waiting for?

They should really add more clock faces to the fitbit blaze for more customizable options. Also getting the weather on the blaze would be great!

The weather idea is fantastic!

And of course more faces. I am still quite upset that they advertised different faces and do not offer them, but i have already posted my complaints on that on another thread.

Really we need weather on the watch instead of reaching into a pocket to check the phone that the blaze is synced to. I get the request for custom watch face but other apps imho are not necessary.

I use IFTTT every morning there is a message on the Blaze with today's weather report. Problem solved.

This is a great idea. How do you use IFTTT to send messages to your Blaze? Do you use bitticker?

i can put my fingers to my wrist to get my heart rate; i can look at my calendar or phone to get the date; i can look at my phone for the time; i can use my phone to track distances and steps; i can use my phone for an alarm clock, or timer, or stop watch, or text messages, or call display, or appointments, or skip a song, heart rate monitor, excercise tutorial, etc. We have purchased a Blaze because we like the features on it and the display it has. More features = more value out of the product. Having these features readily available, and access in a fairly descreat manner, is fantastic. If not the weather, then price of oil or foreign exchange or market index would also be nice.

When you are sitting a boring meeting and you are day dreaming about the run you can go on that night, to glance at  your watch and see what the updated weather is... this would be nice.

@IFTTT is a powerful service, it refers to If This Than That. It has many channels then you connect these channels with recipes. So say when I transmit after midnight IFTTT then posts my days steps on to Facebook and Twitter. When NASA posts their image of the day, IFTTT sets it as my phone's background. You probably have 4 to 8 or more devices. that IFTTT can connect together. It's creepy but it's possible to have IFTTT unlock the house turn lights and on as you and your phone drive up to the house. The heat was turned on when you left work.
So how do I get the weather, at the time I told it to IFTTT retrieves the weather report for my location than texts it to me. Fitbit then sends the text to the phone. The recipe IF 6:00am THEN get weather Than send as a text.
