My Blaze is reading my resting HR at approx 50+ bpm higher than what it actually is when the HR setting is in "on" mode and not reading HR at all when the HR setting is in "auto" mode. I have tried restarting, rebooting, changing the HR settings to off, auto, on. I have also tried changing the position on my arm to higher, lower, tighter, looser, and to the inside of my wrist. Please help. I am very disappointed because this is causing my calorie burning estimates to be wrong and my activity level to be wrong.
Thank you,
Danielle
Best AnswerI did wipe it off several times with a dry cloth. It does not appear to be dirty. Are there any other ways of cleaning it?
Thanks
Danielle
Best AnswerI haven't cleaned mine yet, only had it a few weeks. I used to clean my Microsoft Band with a diluted alcohol wipe
