Blaze keeps loosing time

Blaze keeps loosing time after re syncing it's ok for about 1 hour and looses time again tried to shut it down and restart it won't keep a charge Long.

A warm welcome to the Community @Mowerros and thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself.

 

Is your Blaze syncing with another device, a computer maybe? Since keep in mind that the tracker will get the time of the device that you are using to sync. Also, if you have the automatic timezone option on, I recommend turning it off by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. Tap the account icon
  2. Slide down and tap advanced settings
  3. Turn off the automatic timezone option
  4. Sync

Blaze won't keep a charge after fixing the problem with the time it only stays charged for about 8 hours after being fully charged
