Hey - So, I bought a fitbit blaze last week and I've noticed when I train , at times the watch displays 2 lines instead of my heart rate. It's also happened after training . . . Is this normal ?

Hi @JohnPj, i'd be happy to help you.
Occasionally your device may have difficulty getting a strong signal. If you don't see your heart rate on your device, first make sure you are wearing it correctly. Experiment with placing the device higher on your wrist during exercise for an improved fit and more accurate heart-rate reading. Also, make sure you're not wearing your device too tightly; a tight band restricts blood flow, potentially affecting the heart-rate signal.
After a short wait, you should see your correct heart rate again. You can try changing your Heart Rate setting from Auto, which means the heart-rate tracker is usually active when you're moving, to On, which means the heart rate tracker is always active.
If your Fitbit device isn't showing your heart rate, try restarting your tracker using the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes! Have a nice day! 🙂

Hi, Thanks for your reply ! 🙂 I have turned it off and on and it does happen at times. Although its not frequent. Apparently this is something that is quite "normal" and common ?.
