Blaze Heart Rate Gaps while Sleeping

Every few days, I notice on my heart rate historical display on my app, that there are gaps of 15 to 45 minutes where the heat rate is not tracked at all...It looks like the same gap which appears when you charge your Blaze...My heart rate while sleeping can go as low as 48, so perhaps this is why it is happening...I haven't noticed anyone else complaining about this issue...

Hi Swdecord,

you could check wether or not you are wearing your Blaze too loose, so that, while moving during your sleep, it could lose contact to your skin and thus isn't able to work correctly.

Thanks for the response...I doubt that is what is happening because I owned a Surge before I bought the Blaze and wear the Blaze with the same tightness as I did my Surge, but did not have this problem with the Surge

Just got the blaze and having the same issue. My rate is higher but not over 80. I’m only a week into this device but have seen it twice already.
