Hi, I got caught in a heavy rainstorm while out on my bike.  Now only one light on the HRM flashes and I get no heart rate on the front screen.  I've tried reset, on/off, HRM off/on/auto but nothing works. Any ideas please?

Hi there @Makende. I'm sorry you're having problems with your heart rate monitor not working as it should after it got wet 😕

 

Did you try to put your tracker in rice for 24-48 hrs? This could help to take out any moisture in your tracker and get it to work again. Also, the Silica gel packets that come in the shoes boxes helps a lot.
