Had a phone upgrade and now its not comaptible with my Blaze.  So tried to install fitbit connect to the Computer and i dont have a "dongle" anyone know another way round this? ive tried to connect it to ipad but it wont let me

The iPad should work (unless it's a very early version of one). What problem are you getting? 

 

Do you still have your old phone? If so, check that it doesn't have a link to the Blaze in the phone's bluetooth settings as this may be blocking connection to the iPad.

 

In terms of the computer, what OS are you running? If you are running windows 10 and the computer has inbuilt bluetooth then you may not need the dongle if you use the fitbit app from the windows store. However, if you are using the fitbit connect software then you'll need a fitbit dongle. As a last resort fitbit sell these.

The iPad should work, but you may have to remove the Blaze and then re-add it. Have you tried that?
