Hello @docpoc welcome to the Fitbit Community! As mentioned by @Rich_Laue All trackers have the ability to store at least 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. Summary data (calories, distance, and steps) will be stored for the trailing 30 days. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data.
Hope to see you around more often! 😉

Best AnswerIs this 7 days since sync'd with the iPhone or 7 days since sync'd with the fitbit servers? Like if I'm out of cell data range for multiple weeks, but have my phone with me, can I sync to the phone and still be ok or do I have to connect to the fitbit servers before it is truly sync'd?
Best AnswerUnfortunately I haven't found this to be the case. Went away for a holiday to the snow. Had no way to sync my activity as the app wont work properly on my Samsung phone and I didn't have my computer. On returning home, it only retrieved 5 days of steps and sleep.
