Hi
Can I change the clock format to be 24hr or military (for those over the pond) as it annoys me it's just on 12hr.

Welcome to the forums!
Yes you can
On the computer go to your Dashboard and choose settings. Scroll down until you see Clock Display time.
Use the drop down to change it. Scroll down and click submit.
Check out the discussions boards! A lot going on and I'm sure you have some contributions as well!
Hope to see you around!

It's great to welcome you @SunsetRunner and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.
To change your time format, you need to do the following from a computer since there isn't an option to do this from your phone:
1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to the Time section and choose the time zone that best reflects your current location. You can also select 12-hour or 24-hour time display format here.
4. Sync your tracker to update your time zone.
I hope this helps, see you around. ![]()

Great to see new faces @Fruitbat76, welcome!
Could you please tell where are you trying this procedure, from a PC or phone? Keep in mind that you can only do it from a computer. If you are performing this from a computer, could you please provide me with some screenshots?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
