@CrystalArleen Welcome to the Fitbit forums! I moved your post to the Blaze Board as there are more chances to get an answer to your inquiry here. Thanks for sharing the experience you are having with your tracker not charging.
In this case, I'd recommend checking these solutions for batteries that stopped charging. This has helped other users in the past.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted! ![]()

Best AnswerI don't know what their solution was but I chatted with Fitbit support. My Blaze wouldn't charge and appeared to have died. They told me to push and hold the left button and the bottom right button until the Fitbit logo came on. And it worked! The next step was to try charging again and that also worked! So relieved! Hope this helps
Best AnswerThis worked for me it took like 30 seconds of holding though.
Best AnswerI received a Blaze for Christmas. It didnt charge. We look up troubleshooting ideas. Nothing worked. Returned it and got a new one. We are now having the same issue. I have done everything in this forum. What do I do now I am very dissatisfied.

This is the problem! You just tell me to look up more solutions instead of helping. Thanks

Best AnswerI woke up this morning with my blaze dead. Will not charge , cleaned contacts and tried rebooting with left and bottom right buttons several times. My second one. First one was replaced due to not holding a charge. Any other things to try?
Best AnswerBuy a Garmin and never look back. Fitbit’s last about a year and then the battery goes bad. I had 2 Blazes and same thing happened. It’s insluting that all they give is a 20% discount- they should stand by their products and fit the problem. I will NEVER recommend a Fitbit to anyone again.
