My Fitbit blaze was synced with my iPhone and now I am trying to sync my Fitbit blaze with a different iPhone. Any suggestions on how to do this?

Hello, I can't seem to set up the clock or date on my device and cant find any help that works. Also it doesn't seem to be syncing with the dashboard, the wheel whirls round but nothing happens. . I hope someone can help. Thanks! 

Blaze Works Great!
