Blaze won’t pair

I have a new iPhone 7 (previously iPhone 6) and I can not get it to pair. I have tried everything suggested, even deleting the app off my phone and starting again

Do you still have your old phone? If so, check that it doesn't still have a link to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.
