Fitbit Blaze is not working

My Blaze's screen just went dark. The green lights still flickered. The battery was full. I tried to charge it to see if the screen will go on but it just stayed dark. No the green lights are also off. I tried restarting it, but to no avail. My device is kust over a year old. Please help me.

hello,

I have exactly the same problem, my fitbit blaze screen is blank except for a line of dots at the bottom, I tried factory reset, it vibrated and the icon appeared, but when I put the blaze back in the wristband, the icon disappears and only the line of dots remain

I was able to sync yesterday and then the screen went blank, the battery is fully charged

is this a critical screen issue or can it be fixed or reset?

My screen went black I thought my battery had died but I put it in the charger and it does not show the battery indicating it is charging. I tried to reset it and nothing happened I just got it for Christmas last year please let me know if something I can do.
