Fitbit Blaze suddenly turned off

My Blaze stopped working last night, not sure when, and when I got home and put it on the charger, it came back on. Today, it stopped working after I got to work. Unfortunately, I don't have the charger with me so I can't place it on the charger.

My Blaze is completely charged and was working fine until a few hours ago. Both times the Blaze stopped working, it was fully charged. When I put it on the charger, the fitbit logo came on and it worked fine. I have tried everything and it's not working. Help?? Is there anything I can do??

Welcome to the forums!

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Hi there @Pathengel, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Blaze shutting off like that. Thanks a lot for what you've tried so far. I'd like to help you out.

I'd like to know, when you put the tracker to charge and it came back on, did it have the same battery level or did it drain the battery and it needed to be charged for a while?

As a general suggestion, I can recommend giving your Blaze a quick restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

After that, keep an eye on your tracker and also, try to sync it constantly. That way, if this gets to happen again, our Support Team will be able to investigate with more information available.

I'll be looking forward for your reply!

Tried it. It won't do anything when it's off. Tried it at least 3ctimes.

Customer service already has a ticket.

Tried restarting. Didn't work, as it was completely shut down. When I put
it on the charger, the battery showed full and it would stay on for a few
hours and then shut down again

I already have a ticket in with customer support. Thank you.
