My Blaze seems to working fine and is racking my sleep however about a couple of weeks ago, it stopped syncing with my iPhone X. The only option that I can see to upload the info to my phone is manually. All other functions of the Blaze are syncing to my phone, just not sleep. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I will gladly assist you with this issue and sorry for the late reply. Have you tried checking your sleep data on a different platform like the website (at Fitbit.com)? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

It’s working now. Not sure what happened to cause it to start working but it’s now ok.
