I'm on my second Blaze. I returned the first one because the notifications stopped, and the same thing is happening with this one. It will work great for a day or so and then it becomes "just a watch" that tracks my health and I receive no notifications of any kind. I'm beginning to think I'm crazy. I've done all my updates, and such so it can't be that I'm behind on software updates. I'm not sure what it can be or why it's happening!

I'm sorry you're having problems with your notifications 😕 Thanks a lot for trying to fix this before.
I'd like to know if this is happening with all your notifications or just with text message notifications specifically. Also, what type of phone are you using for syncing?
In the meantime, I can recommend unpairing your tracker from our Bluetooth settings and enabling notifications again. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device" and after that, go to the Fitbit app. Tap on the icon of your tracker at the top left corner and scroll down to Notifications. Enable them and it will ask your permission to set up notifications, just agree to it and from there, notifications should be working without a problem.

I'm on an iphone with the latest updates. I've done everything. I've removed device, had it forget the IP address, restarted bluetooth.....everything I can think of. I've returned it to the store. I've even sent it to a computer geek friend in IT who's trying to recreate the problems I've been having and he's on an android. He too is experiencing similar problems. The notifications (all - text, email, everything) will work properly for a few days, then it gives up and I get nothing. It will still monitor and track my wellness, but I get no notifications.
