Hi @Dipis  I am not familiar with the BS App, because we all use the Fitbit App. Which phone and platform are you using? We can move the post to that area for the most relevant responses. Can you tell a bit more what is going on with your Fitbit? Also, please don't type in all caps, as it's considered yelling and is against the stated terms of service.
