Blaze - Only works in dock

Hello, 

I have had my Blaze since March. Around the middle of May the Blaze started acting up. When the watch is in the dock it works fine. Screen comes on, I can swipe left/right through the panels select items and whatnot. However, as soon as the watch is removed from the dock it shuts off completely. I have tried restarting it with the left and bottom right buttons but I get nothing. 

 

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Today I received a new Blaze and it gives the same problem.

Works good in the charger, but when I take it of the charger, only a black screen.

Please Help!
