Blaze Poor Battery Life

The last app update (October 2017) did NOT fix the Blaze battery issue.  It only took one simple google search to figure out I am not alone in my frustrations!  My Fitbit Blaze will not last more than a day!  I have done all of the suggested steps.  I put Fitbit on the charger last night.  It is 3:00pm and it is dead!  What good is the Charge HR if you can't get you notifications.  I think it is ridiculous that the company has not put out anything despite all of the complaints. I have emailed Fitbit and tried to find a resolution.  Fitbit, in an email, acknowledge that my Blaze was defective but they would NOT replace it because it was ONE MONTH out of the warranty.  They thought giving me 20% discount would be a great idea.  WHY WOULD I SPEND $200 ON A PRODUCT THAT IS HAVING ISSUES!  Why would I spend money with a company that does not honor the products they have previously sold?  Really sad that Fitbit will not just simply be a good reputable company and recall the Blaze.

Do you have the current firmware, 17.8.402.1, on your Blaze?

How do you charge it? by Computer or outlet?

I found that charging directly from an outlet, my Fitbit Blaze was getting a better charge.

USB dedicated charger.  Avoid the really cheap chargers and use only quality name-brand UL or ETL listed charging devices.

I plug it into the outlet every night. It’s generally dead by 3-4 pm
