Screen will not turn off. Steps went haywire. I got over 5,000 while sitting at my desk in a fifteen minute period. Did factory reset. Screen now goes off as before but now it will not count any steps. Stuck at over 15,000.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Restart did not work. Fitbit support sending new watch no charge.
