Blaze Screen only working when I Squeeze the case

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit blaze has been working flawlessly since when I purchased it in August. Now, the screen will not turn on with quick view unless I squeeze the wrist band and/or fitbit itself on the edges from several angles. It will then function for a short time before requiring to be squeezed to get the screen to start working again. I've tried two different watch bands (the one it came with and a third party) and both have the same problem.

I've completed the restart procedures multiple times, resynced the device, and even charged it.

Do i need to contact support to get a new one? or is this something simple that I'm missing!

Thanks guys!

If anyone else has this problem, the support person had me do the following which fixed my issue:

1.) Reset the device (using the left and bottom right button)

2.) Plug in the device into the charger provided with the device and wait 5 seconds

3.) Do this 3 times

4.) Open the app and allow it to sync

Now my device works! yay! Praise the fitbit gods!
