Blaze Set-up - Firmware Update not completing

Just tried to set-up my BLAZE fitbit device. Since 3 hours I get a transfer sign (Fimware update Blaze - Keep fitbit close to your mobile device) but the download of the firmware remains incomplete.

Any suggestions how to resolve this?

Sometimes I have had to restart it several times before the update finally takes

I would like to know if you keep having problems setting up your tracker? If you do, I recommend restarting your Blaze and try one more time the setup procedure from a computer. Now if you prefer do this via phone, tell me which one you have so I can provide the correct steps.
