Hi,
I ordered a Blaze through my companties Wellness program. The receipt came through and it says it will ship in 4-5 weeks... ?? I figured it would say that when it was new but even now, its still 4-5 weeks?

Where is it coming from? You said through your Wellness program maybe it being shipped from some where else?

My wellness program takes me to directly to the FitBit page for ordering. So it 'appears' as if its the FitBit website..

Well I called Customer Support. They said that it will be that long because it was through a wellness program. But they do have the order.
I would have just bought one on my own. I'm only saving 15 bucks, didnt think that one through I suppose..

This would be a quesrion for your wellness program.
The best we fellow fitbit users can do is point to a poosible source for you to look for an answer.
Not knowing anything about the ordering process, we are customers like you, through your health plan, we don't have answers.
My guess that the delay has something to do with the contract and the payment setup.
