Blaze Shocks

I have  experienced repeated shocks form by blaze. Likely they are strong vibrates. The last one caused me to literally rip the band from my wrist. Fit Bit is requiring me to replace (send back) the device, depriving me of it for more the a week. I have ordered a replacement band to arrive by Tuesday  (two days). After three calls, the company refuses to generate a ticket tor the issue. GOOD DEVICE. POOR PROGRAMING. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The last two calls I specifically asked for a Service Desk ticket to be generated. They refused. DONT BUY IF YOUR WRISTS MIGHT BE SENSITIVE.

Since their is nothing in the tracker strong enough to go very a shock, I could see why they would want to get it back.
