Blaze Stopped Working

Yesterday my blaze wouldn't scroll left to right but would scroll through 'notifications'. I then realized on trying to reset, using the left and bottom right button that the bottom right button wasn't working. On trying to connect to the charger and computer it refuses to charge and is now completely dead.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Blaze and thank you for trying to troubleshoot this issue. Try cleaning the button with cotton and rubbing alcohol and then use compressed air at a distance to clear any debris or dirt. For the charging issues please follow these instructions.

Thank you for getting back to me. 

 

Sadly none of the solutions worked for charging the device, which obviously means I can't test the cleaning of the button. 

 

I have also tried with 2 other charging cables and tested with the mains ac and computer USB
