Blaze Struggles to Synch with Amazon Blu R1 HD Phone

Sometimes it takes what seems like forever to get my Blaze to Synch with Amazon Blu R1 HD Phone. The settings change themselves and I have to reset it to Bluetooth Classic - Pair frequently. Sometimes I reset the watch. Sometimes I just sit there and tell it to synch a dozen times before it does. This is very annoying. Please fix it.

It's great to have you around @Summerman. Keep in mind that in order to connect successfully your Blaze with your phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile deviceAmazon Blu R1 HD Phone is not compatible, but you can always try the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.

I don't know why Blaze struggles to work with only certain phones while it seems all phones work well with Bluetooth speakers and Car Bluetooth systems. I bought a moto G5 plus hoping that it would work better, but not so much. It works pretty well when I'm trying to update the app with my sleep information in the morning, but it won't connect when I'm bicycling and want to use the phone's GPS system.

As mentioned in my previous post @Summerman, in order to connect your phone with your tracker properly, it needs to be compatible. You can check one more time our list of compatible mobile devices to see if your Moto G5 is listed.
