I clicked on the Fitbit Help and did everything it listed and did a factory reset on my phone, which was a bummer. I followed all the instructions to the T. I have a fitbit Charge 2, which worked perfectly fine. Then i upgraded to the blaze. Everything is working except my text message and email notification. When someone calls me i have tap on the display. I see their name but i can't even answer it on my blaze, it doesn't give me an option.
Seriously, I spent all this money not to have certain items work on my blaze. I'm very disappointed. Please help. I literally followed every instructions on the HELP article for the blaze. I never had any issues with my Garmin or Samsung watch. This is not cool. If anyone have any suggestions, please let me know

@MissCherryDice yes notifacations do not auto turn on thr display, you can tap twice, actually it is a touch screen, so just touch it twice. Or you can raise your wrist and let quick view turn on the screen. Why should the tracker turn on befire your ready to view it?
As for answering the calls, this is strickly an ios feature - not android
You say text and email dont show up.
Are they set for the proper apps?
Sonce you get phone, ill assume you made the proper settings in your phones sound settings?
Did you turn the volume or disabled email and text notifications on the phones sound settings?
Have you tried restarting the phone?
I can't think of anythong else right now.
