When I click on the the Blaze Relax feature it tell you to inhale and exhale. When I went to it today to breathe the circle was all scrambled and it went to black and white--almost like on a computer when it gets scrambled. I tried a shut down. And I tired charging the battery to no avail. I am hoping I don't have to get a new watch. Do I need a firmware update?

It's great to welcome you @jeanmanthei, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you have received an update message and haven't updated your Blaze, you can update it by following the instructions provided in the How do I update my tracker's firmware? post. Now if you haven't tried the restart procedure, you can also try to restart your Blaze.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()
