Blaze When rejecting a call

When my I- Phone rings and I reject the call on my Blaze instead of the call going to voice mail the caller gets a busy signal which makes them think something happened to the connection and they call back again. Can you make the call go to voice mail instead, that would make more sense.

Hi there @Stanley60! Glad to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

That does sound very weird to me... Normally when I get a phone call and I reject it, it goes to voicemail and that's the expected behavior. Now, in this situation, I think that has to do more with either your phone company or the way your phone is configured... not really sure.

The Blaze should work as a remote control and just do what you would normally do on the phone itself so I'd recommend experimenting with rejecting test calls on your phone and see what happens on the other end.

Let me know how it goes!

@Stanley60 i agree with @FerdinandFitbit this sounds weird, the reject from the Blaze is designed to trigger the same thing as the reject from the phone.

Maybe a restart of the phone, or removing the app - restart phone to clear fitbit residual out - install app. This is a wild shot but maybe worth trying, your decision.
