Blaze acting up

My blaze is causing me more issues/ stress than actually assisting with health and fitness. Wondering since they are phasing out the blaze how warranty/replacements will be covered?

Hello @BFxx

I have a Blaze, too. From what happened with other retired Fitbit styles, we should both be fine. Warranty remains and if a replacement is needed, they offer what is available or a discount on a newer style. Support remains and is only a phone call, chat, twitter, etc away. The forums offer a great deal of help for users.

With me, I'd like to walk more, but there are times I don't put the Blaze on after a shower and it sits waiting for me. In fact, it's sitting right here now, patiently waiting for me to get it strapped on and start moving.

Is there anything we can help you with on the forums? This is meant to make you more aware of your activity level, not create stress.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14

So they ARE phasing out the Blaze :(. I never upgraded because I like the option of changing the frame as well as the band, but now I’m worried they’ll stop supporting it. I havent seen a firmware update in awhile.
