Blaze and Weight Watcher apps

I have been able to sync the two apps so that is working. However does it not transfer logged food from one app to the other? Or do I have to enter my food intake in both apps?

It will never transfer over food. Calories and Points are different.

I do WW so I only log on WW. I don't do both. I did for a while but it was too cumbersome.

It will transfer whatever Weight Watchers decides it wants to transfer. The Fitbit API they use includes all of the info.

From my research, it appears that Weight Watchers is an intake app not an export app.  You can sync your activity from a Fitbit bit you can't send infomraiton to the Fitbit.  It will convert your steps to FitPoints.  For me doing Weight Watchers I keep all my personal data (food, weight, etc.) in the Weight Watchers app and have my activity sync there.

Do you have a blaze?

Solved. I had to disconnect it and re set up. It's still not automatically doing it, but I can get it to sync manually at least now.

Mine no longer is syncing. And when I clicked on the weight watcher app in the Fitbit compatible apps section, it said not compatible with this device. Not sure if that is a change, super bummed, because I loved seeing my activity points add up.

Unlink it and then relink it. If it still does not work contact WW

You need to sync from the weight watchers app... not the fit bit.

Hi there @HolyCow! Great to see you in the Fitbit Community! 😄

Thank you so much for the Suggestions @WendyB @Grenkert.

@HolyCow,check that out and let us know if you're able to confirm that WW is connected. You can also go to the Fitbit online dashboard to www.fitbit.com and click on the gear icon at the top right corner and go to Settings. Here, in le column on the left side, you will see a tab that says Applications. Click on it and here you should see the apps that you have connected with Fitbit and WW should appear here.

Let us know if you need more help!

Weight watchers app is giving me double credit for Fitbit activities. I don't think it was always this way. Has something changed? Fitbit support sent me to WW and WW sent me to Fitbit. I see others have had the same issue. Any solution out there?

Thank you.

Hey there @Takoma. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I would advise going to the apps page on your dashboard. You can get there by clicking on the gear icon at the top right corner of the dashboard, then click on Settings and then in the column on the left side, you will notice that the Weight Watchers app shows up under "Applications". If it does show there, click on  the option that says "Revoke Access" that will look like the image below:

Then, go to your WeightWatchers page and link it to Fitbit again and see if this helps. Let us know if you need more help!
