Battery draining and steps not being accurate

After firmware update, my battery drains in less than a day and then I charge for hours, it says charged. In 4 hours, the battery turns red. My watch isn’t even a year old. Also, Fitbit does not follow up on complaints until resolution. I complained that my step counts were not being accurately reflected when I was sharing my steps with friends. I stopped sharing that info with friends, because I’m still awaiting an official response from Fitbit ... 9 months later.

It's great to see you around @giugiubee. If your tracker isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. About your steps accurate, restart your tracker, walk 100 steps and let me know how many were registered.

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy
