Blaze and a buggy

Hi

I'm after some advice before I make a purchase. I'm not sure where to direct my query

I work with kids and am often pushing a buggy or holding a hand.

I want to upgrade my fit bit One - possibly to a blaze.

My question is will this still count much steps when I'm pushing a buggy. It will see my heart rate increase and I will be moving

Thanks for your help

Hi @EmmaH80. A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 😄

As with all wrist trackers, it's important for you to swing your arm while walking for the accelerometer to detect your steps. It will certainly work while you're pushing a buggy or holding a child's hand but it might not be as accurate.

The Fitbit Blaze is a great device and you'll love the colored display. It should be good with you moving a lot, that shouldn't be a problem.

Hope this helps you make up your mind and for more information about the Blaze, check out this link. Let us know if you need anything else! 🙂
