Time is wrong

My blaze is off, it is diplaying the wrong time by more than 4 hours and is a day behind. It will not sync

to change the time zone click on the gear on your dashboard and go to settings. Scroll down to time zone and change it there.

 

It must sync before it takes place.

Tried all the suggestions for syncing time, no luck. It has been like this for over a month.

The problem is, is that it will not sync .

If you tried the normal sync troubleshooting,  then lets.

Shutdown/start up tye phone

Go into the settings on the Blaze and shutdown the Blaze. 

Press an6 button to turn on.

Go to the phones Bluetooth settings screen and remove the tracker from there. 

Now lets try a sync.

I am having the same problem....time is off by over an hour.  I tried resetting the time and syncing and it just does not work.  Did you get yours to work and if you did what did you do?

Hi there @Dendougnice! Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

 

If you've already tried to sync your tracker and this syncs everything but doesn't fix  the time, I can recommend setting up your tracker as a new device. For this, go into the Account section at the bottom right corner. Here, tap on the "Set up a new device" option and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the set up process and once your tracker has been paired again, the time on it should be corrected.

What tracker are you using? Once you sync your tracker, do you see that it has synced to your account? Is there any chance you can attach a screenshot of how it appears on your dashboard?
