Blaze app notifications not available

Hello,

when i try to get different notifications on my phone, there is a very limited list of apps, none of which include phone, sms, or whatsapp. I am not sure how to get access to other apps to allow notifications.

https://imgur.com/gallery/hpa5k This link shows you what I see when I go to the notification access page on my andriod app.

Please help.

The link you provide @nckbck is the permission settings in the phones operating system, not where you choose what notifications to see. You will also have to enable Fitbit to see any notifications on the Blaze.

Open the Fitbit app

Tap on the picture of your tracker

Tap notifications

Swipe up to app notifications and tap.

You should see a list of every app on your phone.

You are correct. However, I would like to point out that after I hit "Enable Notifications" in the FitBit app, that is the screen it took me to (which is why I thought it was from the app). I had to enable fitbit notifications in that screen, and then close it, in order to access the app access in my fitbit app. Hope that helps others out there.

Thank you for the response.
