Blaze and LG G5??

I get call notifications but no text or calendar... HELP! I'm super bumbed!! I have messages listed (not hangout) and I have calendar listed (only choice...) blarg. What next? I have tried restarting things and unpairing and repairing...

Another vote for the g5 please. This is my first smart watch and I'd like to be able to use it. It will be getting returned if this issue isn't fixed

Have you uninstalled and re installed the app? I did that a few times too.
It was a lot of doing and undoing... I'm sure it was some combo but I don't
know what it was. Lots of trial and error. 😞 I'm so sorry I'm not more
help.

I finally got it to update.... So far so good. Now it's charging. Let's see if it reconnects when I put it back on.... Thanks for the help

Under my Application Messenger, I deselect "Message +" and selected "Messaging" and made it my application.  After doing this, I began receiving my text messages.  I saw somewhere that the "Message +" was troublesome.  It is the LG messaging application that automatically connects until you deselect it.  I fought this battle for several days and tried many things, this was the final thing I did and it worked.

Not long ago, I upgraded my phone from a LG G3 to a LG G5 and am looking for a new fitness tracker. I didn't see the G5 on the phone compatability list. Several people have written about the features that don't work with the phone. Does the fitness application work with the LG G5? 

Do you have any idea when testing for the phone will be done and the phone will be completely compatable?

Welcome to the Forums @TeAPOTT! I was reviewing the list of compatible devices and the LG G5 is not listed as a supported device. But it doesn't mean it won't sync as you can see @Polyesther is syncing her Blaze with the phone. Keep an eye on the list for any update regarding the LG G5!

I am getting NO calls notifications, no text notifications, and no email notifications.  The fitness stuff was working okay, but now the sleep tracker no longer works.  I went in toight and reset it to "sensitive" so we'll see if that works.  If not, probably gonna take it back to Costco.  So disappointed!

Thanks for your reponse. and oh no! I hope your sleep tracking starts working! that is disappointing!! And i really hope they make the notifications work for the Lg G5! I just received mine last Saturday and I like everything about it so far BUT it would definitely be a lot better WITH the notifications!

I hope they ARE in the process of making the G5 being one that works with this device.

I decided to take it back.  I ordered the hauwei smartwatch instead.  If you're an Android person, it's a great watch.  I can't wait to get it.  Only $25 more on Amazon, lots more functions and apps, AND compatible with my phone!😀

My last G5 at least would sync steps,but now it doesn't even register the device for that!
