Blaze automatically detecting and increasing steps

Found new problem with my blaze, automatically increase steps and heart rate not showing proper, even if am still both parameter increases. What is the solution.

Stop moving your arms, your Blaze is not automatically adding steps. It is simply confused because your moving it around in the same way you would be doing if you where walking.

Your Blaze has no idea what your feet are doing. It is looking for arm movents tgat mostlikely suggest that your walking. 

Check your hand settings, maybe even set it to the dominant hand even if it isn't.

Dear

Even I removed the watch from my hand then also it keep counting and
increasing. Even it didnt rest the steps after the day end.

Pls suggest what to do.
