I am disappointed at how quickly the Blaze has been dropped from any planned updates since the new watches came out. I moving to an Apple Watch.

Being dropped from planned updates, does not mean it will not get any updates.
The Charge, Charge HR and One all got updates last year .Long after they where retired .
