Are you all getting rid of the Blaze? Looks like it's no longer for sale on the website. Can I trade mine in for a discount on the Versa or Ionic?

I am on my 3rd one since February. I have had multiple conversations on the replacement offer. Why would I want to spend my own money on a "lower fitbit" or get a Blaze that will just break on me again. I am very annoyed. There needs to be a fix to this before they lose more customers. I feel that we SHOULD be compensated with a product that is comparable.
